MEET THE CHEF

Sonia Sengupta is the founder of Sonia’s Kitchen. Sonia has a passion for cooking and has always loved spending time in the kitchen and feeding her friends and family. She grew up surrounded by phenomenal home cooks who helped nurture her interest in the kitchen and who taught her many different skills. She still draws culinary inspiration from family members such as her mother and aunt. In March of 2013, Sonia’s Kitchen was created when Sonia began providing weekly meals for a good friends’ parents. From then the company has continued to grow. Sonia’s Kitchen has now catered a variety of clientele and events. From ongoing weekly meal delivery to intimate dinner parties to cocktail parties, the philosophy of the company is to make good food more accessible for people based on their individual needs, tastes and schedules.
